May I trouble you by asking where you got it? I've been looking all over for a good Ciel dress and nothing comes up v.v
My tailor did it! the secret for good look is a lot of fabric (700cm used for petticoat) Without it the dress is .. ugly! haha xD
Aah! So I really will have to have it custom made then =_= (This is one of this moments when I really dislike not being legally allowed to get a part-time job -_-). Wooooah that's a lot of fabric o_O xD What I'm worried about is the cost of such complicated dress xD Thank you for your recommendation!
